DISASTER RELIEF FOR
VICTIMS OF HURRICANE IKE
Due to Montgomery
County being declared a disaster area in
the aftermath of Hurricane Ike,
residence homestead properties in The
Woodlands may be eligible for
installment payments on their 2008
Property Taxes. Businesses are not
eligible for this assistance.
In accordance with the
Texas Property Tax Code Sec. 31.032,
owners of homestead residences which
sustained damage due to the hurricane
and who are in need of additional time
to pay their property taxes should
complete the available application below
and submit it for approval prior to
January 31, 2009, to the Tax Office at
2455 Lake Robbins Drive. For additional
